Research subject for a potential FP6 project

Sustainable development of area supposes also ecological use of soils. The use of soils requires knowlege of its resistance and vulnerability to negative anthropic influence. Environmental soil properties allow not only to propose changes in agricultural ecosystems, but also signalise dangers influence of man on nature by building, sand-mining etc. Opportunities of enlarging of ecological agriculture in the region can be suggested.
The project should be part of Pan-European research on the soils in lowland regions.
